1. Acceptance

By using iBeat Studio (ibeatstudio.ai), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. License to Beats & Content

Beats, videos, and AI-generated content you purchase or generate are licensed per the license tier selected at checkout. You may not resell or redistribute raw beat files unless expressly permitted by your license.

3. AI Generation & Usage Limits

Subscription tiers include a monthly allowance of AI generations. Unused credits do not roll over. Abuse of generation limits may result in suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

• No copyright infringement — do not upload or generate content using others' protected works.
• No spamming, scraping, or automated abuse of the platform.
• No reverse engineering or cloning of the app or its assets.

5. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused months in cases of service failure.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content may vary in quality and is not guaranteed fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

iBeat Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or generated content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
